Gavin has worked within the Financial Services industry for the last 20 years. An Accountant by trade, his career has focussed on delivering small and large scale change across multiple organisations.
He started his career working as an Accountant in a small Manufacturing firm, moving on to a similar position in Healthcare. He subsequently moved into Technology systems and held positions as Senior Business Analyst and Head of Platform Development at a large UK Financial Institutions. Since then he has built and led high performing teams, delivering complex and flagship profile programmes of work across Business, Finance, Treasury, Risk and Technology at a number of the UK’s biggest Banks.
With a passion for delivery excellence, Gavin utilises the skills and knowledge gained over his varied career to ensure that the Elevate2 Professional Services team places the customer at the heart of everything we do.
