The challenge


Following a VC-back acquisition, MTI embarked upon an extensive modernisation programme.

Outdated systems and processes needed to be replaced, bringing real-time visibility across the business. MTI wanted to communicate directly with their customers about orders and activities making sure that they could support customer IT transformation projects, delivering complex technical projects on-time and to budget.

In addition they wanted to expand local capabilities across their multi-national organisation and help customers receive the benefit of their Datacentre and Cybersecurity expertise.
