La Fosse were struggling to scale using outdated systems which were designed for a much smaller business. Their systems were not integrated with each other, resulting in manual work, duplication of effort, and poor business reporting.
Some key business processes were managed in large spreadsheets, which required a lot of manual effort to manage and oversee, as well as being prone to errors.
The goal was to implement NetSuite as a new financial accounting & ERP solution, to replace the disparate systems and spreadsheets, and provide a single, integrated system to serve as a single source of truth for the organisation, with consolidated reporting.
